E H Counseling LLC is a growing practice that is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide in-home, Intensive In-Community (IIC) to youth and families in the comfort of their own homes. While also supporting and nurturing our staffs clinical growth.

Responsibilities for In-Community Providers:

​

  • Part-time: Caseload of 10 youth and must meet 18 client hours per week

  • Full-time: Caseload of 14 youth and must meet 26 client hours per week

  • Provide short term counseling to youth ages 5-21 and their families in their home or in the community.

  • Since this position is working with children, clinicians must have availability late afternoon, evenings, and or weekends.

  • Monitor case progress towards goal achievement.

  • Collaborate with care managers weekly

  • Practice sound clinical and case management judgement.

  • Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be willing to go into the home or into the community to provide services

  • Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation

  • At least 1 year of experience working with youth and families

  • Must hold a valid/current practicing clinical license in NJ

In-home Behavioral Assistant: (BA)

Part-time 24 hrs 

$25,000-$30,000/yr

E H Counseling is a growing mental health practice seeking Behavioral Assistants (BA) to provide services to youth in their home reinforcing the skills learned throughout treatment.

We are seeking providers in:

  • Bergen County

  • Passaic County

  • Middlesex County

​

(You can pick the county you would like to work in and we keep you within 10 miles of your home address or address of choice)

Responsibilities:

​​

  • Part-time: Must hold a caseload of 10 youth (must meet 18 hrs of client contact time per week)

  • Meet with youth in their home for about 2 hrs each week

  • Follow treatment plan from youth's in-home therapist reinforcing what they are already learning

  • Document all sessions progress notes and collateral contacts

  • Conduct intake assessments

  • Collaborate with team of providers weekly

  • Attend weekly check-ins and monthly supervision

Requirements:

  • Must have at least a Bachelors degree in a mental health related field (ex social work/ psychology)

  • Must be able to provide proof of diploma

  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

  • 1 yr experience working with children and adolescents a plus

  • Bilingual a plus

  • Must complete Behavioral Assistant certification within 4 months of hire and recertify yearly

Christian Outpatient Clinician (LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC)

Per diem: $46-$56/hr

E H Counseling LLC is a growing practice that is currently seeking a licensed Christian outpatient clinicians to provide counseling in our Hawthorne office location.

​

Requirements & Responsibilities:

​

  • Must hold a LAC, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of NJ

  • Hold a weekly caseload of at least 6 clients that you will see for 53 min sessions (opportunity to take more if desired)

  • Be able to incorporate Christian, Biblical principles into session if requested by the client

  • Have experience working with individuals, children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families

  • High need for Spanish speaking or other languages (but not required)

  • Enter documentation (progress notes, intake assessments, and treatment plans), in a timely manner.

  • Attend weekly/ monthly staff meetings
