Christian Spanish Speaking Outpatient Therapist

E H Counseling LLC is a growing faith-based mental health practice seeking a Christian Spanish speaking therapist to provide counseling services.

COMPENSATION: 

LSW/LAC-$45/hr

LCSW/LPC- $55/hr for individual sessions & $65/hr for family & couples sessions

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have the following licensure in NJ: LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC 

-Spanish speaking 

-Must have Knowledge of Biblical principles to incorporate in session when requested by the client.

-Trauma informed clinician who works with adult males, females, couples, and children required

-At least 1 yr of clinical counseling experience  

SCHEDULE:

  • Per Diem/ flexible 

  • Currently, our office has Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings available from 4PM-9PM. We ask that you have availability at least 2 days. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Hold a caseload of at least 6 weekly clients 

  • If fully licensed, attend a 1 hr virtual supervision group 1x per month

  • If provisionally licensed, attend a weekly  1 hr virtual supervision group which can be used towards your licensing requirement hours

  • If fully licensed, you will have the ability to conduct Immigration Psychological Evaluations, (you will receive extensive paid training and once you begin conducting  the evaluations, you will receive an additional $180.00 per evaluation on top of the hourly rate).

Full-Time Intensive In-Community Clinician

Salary

$50,000 - $70,000 a year

E H Counseling LLC is a growing practice that is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide in-home, Intensive In-Community (IIC) services in the following counties:

  • Bergen

  • Passaic

  • Morris/Sussex

      or:

  • Ocean/Monmouth

Compensation: Full-time 40 hrs

Responsibilities for In-Community Providers:

  • Provide short term counseling to youth ages 5-21 and their families in the home or in community.

  • Hold a caseload of at least 15 youth and families.

  • Monitor case progress towards goal achievement.

  • Collaborate with care managers.

  • Practice sound clinical and case management judgement.

  • Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.

  • Conduct Biopsychosocial Assessments (BPS)

  • At least 1 year of experience working with youth and families

  • Must hold a valid/current practicing clinical license in NJ

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Computer literate

  • Experience working with DD population a plus but not required

  • Experience working with substance abuse a plus but not required

  • TF CBT knowledge a plus but not required

  • Must be able to work independently in a multi-cultural environment and promote cultural sensitivity and strong leadership skills.

  • Must be willing to undergo a background check

The clinician must have the following licensures LSW, LAC, LCSW,LPC. 

 

Responsibilities for In-Community Providers:

Compensation: $50-$65/hr

  • Experience working with DD population a plus

Behavioral Assistant (BA) (Per Diem)

Candidates must be have a bachelors degree related to mental health

Compensation Rate:

BA- $20-$22/hr 

 

Responsibilities for In-Community Providers:

  • Provide short term BA services to youth ages 5-21 and their families in the home or in community.

  • Monitor case progress towards goal achievement.

  • Collaborate with care managers and clinicians on a weekly basis.

  • Practice sound judgement.

  • Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.

  • Complete the required BA certification within  6 months of being hired.
