E H Counseling LLC is a growing practice that is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide in-home, Intensive In-Community (IIC) services in the following counties:

Bergen
-
Passaic
-
Morris
-
Sussex
-
Ocean

Middlesex

Monmouth

What sets us apart from other agencies?

We offer tons of support. Clinician always has access to their clinical supervisor for any clinical needs that come up. If their direct supervisor cannot be reached, they have 2 additional points of contact. An on call supervisor is always available to answer questions or assist.

This is an employee position and not a contractor position. This means we pay your standard employee taxes and you are covered under our agency liability insurance.

*The clinician must have the following licensures LSW, LAC, LCSW, MFT, LMFT, or LPC in the state of NJ
Responsibilities for In-Community Providers:
​
-
Hold a caseload of 14 youth (primarily in-person but opportunities for virtual or hybrid when possible)
-
Meet at least 28 face-to face client hours per week
-
Provide short term counseling to youth ages 5-21 and their families in their home or in the community.
-
Since this position is working with children, clinicians must have availability late afternoon, evenings, and/weekends.
-
Monitor case progress towards goal achievement.
-
Collaborate with care managers weekly
-
Practice sound clinical and case management judgement.
-
Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.

Position Requirements:
​
-
Must be willing to go into the home or into the community to provide services while following CDC guidelines.
-
At least 1 year of experience working with youth and families
-
Must hold a valid/current practicing clinical license in NJ
-
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-
Computer literate
-
Bilingual in high demand!* (Spanish/Hebrew/Yiddish/ Korean/Chinese/Russian/Mandarin/Arabic/ ASL Certified a plus )

Experience working with DD population a plus
-
Experience working with substance abuse a plus
-
Must be able to work independently in a multi-cultural environment and promote cultural sensitivity and strong leadership skills

* Per diem and part-time 24 hr weekly available. (Per diem and part-time do not quaify for medical benefits.
