At some point or another, everyone has felt the need for extra support and it's nothing to feel ashamed of. After going through a tough time and struggling with anxiety or after experiencing a traumatic event, support is extremely important. It can be difficult to speak with family or friends about how you feel as you may wonder if they will understand or maybe, they too are struggling.
